Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed within 14 days of purchase when the file cannot be accessed or the delivered files do not match the product description.
Before requesting a refund
Use the support contact shown in your Stripe receipt if the download link fails. Include the email used at checkout and the approximate purchase time.
